Additional Services

ACM Ahlers provide additional services that supplement and enhance the insurance advice and placement of covers that is normal to an insurance broker including Risk Audits, Warrants and contract reviews.

Risk Audits

We use our own specialist and independent risk managers to provide you with a complete review of your business and the risks associated therewith.

This independent audit of your operational procedures assesses your exposure to risk and provides a report from which you can make informed decisions about your business and the risks that you need to improve, risks which you wish to take yourself, and risks which you can cover through an independent insurance programme.

Warrants

This report is provided by our advisors and reviews covers that you currently have in place and makes recommendations for improvements. The warrant identifies gaps in coverage and reports on the adequacy of the cover and the current limits you have in place.  The report can further compare your covers against those that are available to you through other insurers.

Contract Reviews

Many insurance policies ask that you divulge any contractual liabilities that are over and above those imposed by common law.  Our experience shows that many companies are not aware of the additional liabilities that they agree to in contract and that if they are not disclosed to insurers that they may not be covered for these.

We offer a full review of your current contracts which will highlight where a contract may create a risk and advise you of the options available and whether the risk is able to be transferred to insurers.

We also offer this as an ongoing service to existing clients.
